Acceptable Use Policy
Defines what visitors and account holders may and may not do when using the ASE website, member portal, and online services.

1. Introduction and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and guidelines that govern the use of all websites, platforms, applications, content, and services owned or operated by Advanced Safety & Energy, Inc., and its affiliate, Safety Academy (collectively, “ASE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to all users, visitors, customers, and their authorized end-users (collectively, “you”) of our public websites, including asesafety.com and safetyacademyplus.com, as well as the Safety Academy™ training platform and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The purpose of this AUP is to ensure the security, integrity, and lawful use of our Services for all users. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions and any other commercial agreement between you and ASE. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Violation of this AUP may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, as well as other legal and civil remedies.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following prohibited activities.
A. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activity
Violation of Law: Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or ordinance.
Harm to Minors: Engaging in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm minors, including but not limited to child pornography or any content that violates child sexual exploitation laws.
Harassment and Threats: Transmitting or storing any material that is harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
Hate Speech: Promoting or inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Fraud and Deception: Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as phishing, creating a false identity, or impersonating any person or entity to mislead others.
B. System and Network Security Violations
Unauthorized Access: Accessing or using any system, network, or account without permission, including attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or to breach security or authentication measures.
Malicious Content: Introducing, distributing, or executing any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious or technologically harmful code.
Interference with Services: Overloading, flooding, or otherwise interfering with the proper working of any network, host, or service, including through denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
Evasion of Security: Taking any action to circumvent or disable security controls or user-based restrictions.
C. Intellectual Property Infringement
Infringement: Using the Services to infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
Misuse of ASE Content: You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, redistribute, publicly display, download, or “scrape” any content, training videos, documents, or materials from the Safety Academy™ training platform or our Sites, except as explicitly permitted in writing by ASE. Using our intellectual property to conduct competing training sessions is strictly prohibited.
D. Communication and Content Abuse
Spam: Sending, distributing, or facilitating the transmission of unsolicited mass email or other messages (spam).
Misuse of Forums: Using any forums, chat features, or other communication tools within the Safety Academy™ platform for any purpose other than professional discussion related to the training content provided. Commercial solicitation is strictly forbidden.
Objectionable Content: Posting or transmitting any content that is grossly offensive, pornographic, or excessively violent.
E. Account and Access Misuse
Sharing Credentials: Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or user access (a “Seat”) with any other individual. Each user account is for a single user only.
Resale of Services: Reselling or attempting to resell the Services, in whole or in part, without a valid Reseller Agreement with ASE.
3. Content and Moderation
While we do not monitor all content posted by users within the Services, we reserve the right to investigate and remove any content that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be in violation of this AUP or any applicable law. ASE assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any other user.
4. Enforcement
ASE reserves the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may, in our sole discretion, take any of the following actions:
Issue a warning to the offending user.
Suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice.
Remove any content that violates this AUP.
Report any illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with their investigations.
Our failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not constitute a waiver of our rights to do so in any other instance.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you are encouraged to report it to us immediately. Please send a detailed description of the suspected violation to:

6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by posting an updated version on our Sites. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services after a change to this AUP constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
