CellGardTM II is an all-steel welded wire panel system with a modular design, which incorporates posts and panels that can be quickly installed or re-configured to suit changes in a facility’s layout. Panels are connected to posts using a unique combination of pins and brackets, which allow for infinite panel positioning without the loss of structural stability. The unique attachment system uses two safety nuts per panel, which provides the security  required for this type of partition system. CellGardTM II meets or exceeds OSHA and ANSI specifications.   Measurements: Panels 8-gauge welded wire mesh with standard 11/2”x 11/2” grid opening; mesh also available in 11/2”x 3” grid openings. Wire mesh is framed utilizing 11/2”x 11/2” x 1/4” angles. Standard 12” sweep space ;other sweep spaces available. Posts 2” x 2” x 14-gauge. Doors Hinged, pair and dutch doors (hinged left or right); Slide doors. Built-in cylinder lock (KD).   Installation:  All assembly hardware supplied. Finish Panels are black powder coated; posts yellow powder coated. Other powder coating colors available.   Options: Electrical interlocks/interconnect switches. Weld curtain inserts. Slide door.
