Chief Executive Officer
Sandra Aulbrook

As CEO and co-founder of American Safety and Equipment, Inc. (ASE), Sandra Aulbrook leads the development of new markets and financial directives.  Sandra’s expertise in business development and new market innovation is a driving force behind ASE’s success today. She was the Marketing Developer and co-owner of a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical company in Puerto Rico, and has 12 years of sales management experience in wireless communication with international companies including Verizon Wireless, Cingular and T-Mobile. She supports numerous philanthropic organizations, including orphanages, overseas missions, community service projects, soup kitchens and local churches. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and recently completed the Tuck School of Business program, “Building a High Performance Minority Business.”

President
Dennis Aulbrook

President and co-founder of ASE, Dennis Aulbrook brings professional engineering, machinery and design expertise to our customers and to the safety community.  His extensive knowledge in upgrading equipment of all varieties of machinery to meet OSHA, ANSI requirements and other governmental and industry standards has placed him as an industry forerunner. For 13 years, Dennis was a principal at A.M.R. Inc., a leading machine integrator located in Michigan. He holds certifications in such areas as Statistical Process Control, Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Fluid Power Society and other nationally-recognized institutions. He became a senior member of SPE in 1994 and currently sits on several ANSI & NFPA safety committees. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and is considered an authority in machinery and machinery design.

National Sales Manager
Greg Schrier

Greg Schrier, National Sales Manager for ASE, brings substantial safety industry experience and the knowledge that allows him to effectively meet the ever-changing needs of ASE’s customer base and developing several key relationships and strategic alliances.  Over the last thirty years, Greg has held engineering and management positions in Fortune 500 companies and small-specialized engineering companies. He has been responsible for the installation of robotic automation lines, innovative sheet metal operations, and turn-key automated factories. In the last five years, Greg has focused on the area of safety, where he directed all safety programs, machinery upgrades, and risk assessments for Silgan Plastics. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial engineering and Operations Management.

Marketing Manager
Joshua Martin

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, along with a minor in Management Information Systems, Josh Martin is the Marketing Manager for ASE. His management of website development, marketing and communications at ASE with combined retail management experience, has enabled him to use innovative marketing ideas, and cutting edge sales support.  Having held various leadership positions, including Retail Marketing Manager and Webmaster, Josh was responsible for overseeing more than 60 employees daily. His marketing background, accompanied with IT support, will allow ASE continued growth and market branding.

Project Manager
Jason Fortune

Jason is a key Project Manager for ASE and is responsible for overseeing and implementing many field projects. Jason is focused on maximizing technical objectives and customer satisfaction within budget and scheduling goals. His seventeen years of experience have enabled him to utilize personal, organizational and leadership qualities to create and implement projects in both the industrial sector and construction industries. As operations manager of Wither Manufacturing and Custom Manufacturing, Inc. he was responsible for management, administrative, technical and fiscal tasks related to manufacturing and automation systems. Jason has also served as the business manager for C&L Ward, where he was responsible for all aspects of project management related to commercial construction projects. His former successes speak volumes about Jason’s capabilities and skill sets.

Project Manager /Machine Safety Division
Brian Davis

Brian Davis is the Field Project Coordinator for ASE and is responsible for coordinating and implementing all field projects. Brian’s project management experience provides an efficient and cost effective experience for customers. He has worked for ASE for over two years and has over 10 years of experience as a licensed electrician. He apprenticed with American Builders and Contractors for four years prior to joining ASE. Brian was also the the former Project Manager for Miars Electric, and his work has allowed him to travel internationally as a trade engineer and electrician.

Project Manager / Electrical Safety Division
Tredd Morris

Having a Master Electrician license with high ethics, standards, and innovative thinking,Tredd Morris is ASE's Arc Flash Project Manager. His responsibilities include the design, engineering, and implementation of customer projects. With analytics and creativity he is assisting and succeeding to deliver inventive safety solutions for ASE's customers. Tredd has worked for over 20 years in the electrical and manufacturing fields and holds a master electricians license. By expanding his skills and knowledge of equipment design and safety systems, Tredd has attained much respect in operational engineering, operations strategy, service operations, and business reengineering.

Purchasing Manager/ Engineering Coordinator
Melissa Fisher

Continued development and flexible strategies has made Melissa Fisher, Engineering Coordinator, Technical Support, and Warehouse Operations Manager for ASE, an influential voice in the growth and sustainability of ASE’s product lines.  Her customer service approach with purchasing, technincal reports, and inventory management is vital to ASE and has contributed to the company’s success. Since joining ASE in 2003 she continues to provide effective management and inventory controls.  Melissa holds an Associate Degree in Science, and has completed further coursework in business.

Kristi Ward

With over tweleve years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry with additional experience in admininistrative areas of human resource, purchasing, scheduling and customer relations, Kristi Ward, is ASE's Controller. Her duties include assisting in overseeing all of ASE's financial operations. Kristi's detailed and precise finance calcualtions and projections have provided an excellent experience for ASE's customers.
